I have worked really hard to be a patient in this office. It has been difficult, at best. My 17 year old son called me and asked if he could leave this last time, as he had been made to feel so uncomfortable. Will have to find a new office. The office staff ruins any good work by the doctor.

Went in for an exam and was told my insurance didn't cover it which was a lie, I verified with another location at same company I did have coverage for an exam and it was still accepted. This was intentional in my opinion and so unprofessional and so deceptive. Absolutely unacceptable. At the least you could have called the day before if you "believed" this were true but it was not and you were lying about my insurance.
