So sad that in this area there is a likelihood of zero percent that any doctor will be Lyme literate. I’ve been suffering from chronic Lyme for 3 years and after several awful experiences with the other office she works for I was told to try her. Not only did she blatantly lie and say she knew how to read a Lyme test but continued to say my diagnosis was false and that I was never positive for Lyme. I left in tears but thankfully I do have a Lyme literate doctor who knows the Eliza test is not accurate nor is any cdc test given for Lyme. It was a terrible experience and she actually implied I was going through early menopause and this could be the cause of all my symptoms! I’ve never felt so undermined and insulted. Be better, do better and please especially doctors in NYS educate yourself on Lyme and the growing epidemic that is not going anywhere and is only becoming more prominent so you can understand more regarding this debilitating disease.

My wife loved how you took care of her medical issues. Now, you no longer are working at the Lockport Medical Facility on Snyder Drive? What happened and are you practicing medicine elsewhere? If so, please inform us as to where that may be as my wife Patricia will drive to where ever you are and continue her healthcare issues with you. You are the best! Thank you John J & Patricia L. I dealt with Elisabeth many times over the years and she was always an amazing provider. She always asked insightful and well thought out questions in order to get to the bottom of any issue that I was having/inquiring about. Never afraid to go the extra step! Elisabeth Allen truly cares about her patients! She always goes above and beyond. She is kind and compassionate and treats you with respect. You never feel rushed or like a bother.

I switched to her based on recommendations from friends that see her. Glad I did! She discovered that I'm misdiagnosed by my old doc (and I thought he was good!) within the first 10 min of my visit with her. She is very easy to talk to, takes her time with you, and was very thorough. Made me laugh to! Glad I switched for sure.

Excellent Nurse Practitioner. I've been requesting her for several years now because she is thorough and easy to talk to. You may have to wait to see her but it is worth the wait and it is only because so many people want to see her and she takes the time to not rush through her patients. She has called me several times on her days off and on weekends to discuss results because she knows waiting till Monday can be worse than anything. My husband and adult son and his wife now see her too.

Compassionate and caring. Called me on the weekend to further discuss my case. Very thorough and I'm not the easiest patient.
