Elizabeth Card has helped me for the last 2 years with her expansive knowledge, experience , expertise listening skills suggestions reframing explaining understanding and support She is a kind lovely woman with a wonderful sense of humor ! She always gives me a clear idea of what to focus on what to be aware of how to take care of myself I leave with a plan and laughing which at times is a whole lot better than I went in! For me she is a gift! No I didn’t get paid to say this! Elizabeth would find that funny! Thank you Elizabeth!

I was having difficulty dealing with all the anxiety and isolation related to Covid-19 and it’s was really taking a terrible toll on my mental health and well being. Talking to Elisabeth and our weekly telehealth appointments has really helped me get through this difficult time.

I leave each session feeling good about working through issues of depression and anxiety that have bothered me for years. Therapy with Elisabeth has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. If you’re on the fence about choosing a therapist I highly recommend her. She makes talking about painful, difficult and emotional things easier and is just a genuinely warm and caring person.
