Elise Call, PA-C

I saw Elise in May of 2021. I was referred due to arthritic markers in my blood work. When I was seen she said So your here to see if you have Lupus? News to me I just know there are ANA markers in my blood. We discussed all the tests, & Dr. Visits I had been thru, & she said I didn't have rheumatoid arthritis or Lupus. I has osteoarthritis. I asked how she knew this. She said by looking at my hands. I asked if there was treatment & she said no you just deal with it. She did look at the report from an MRI of my back/neck & said the numbness in my arms & hands is from a bulged disk in my neck & then said there was no need for me to see her again. I picked up my records today and when I brought it to the front desks attention that it was inaccurate, & she did not physical exam on me, they said all I can do is schedule another appointment to discuss it. Why would I do that & allow them to bill my insurance again if they could not be professional & thorough the first visit? Going elsewhere
