I was referred to Elita at the Ashley Psychology Center after going through a four-car accident. My anxiety levels were through the roof, as I was hypervigilant and jolty anytime I was on the road. Furthermore, I had a tendency to isolate myself, withdrawing from close friends and refusing to partake in things / social events that would usually make me happy. After only 6-7 sessions with Elita, I am very happy to say that my anxiety and depression levels completely reversed. I am back to my natural self. She has provided me with tools that I can use anytime I feel the adrenaline rush I'd get if there was an erratic driver, or if I have to hit the brakes hard due to still traffic in front of her. Highly recommend her!
