Elizabeth Adams, NP

Elizabeth Adams seems uninterested during the appointment and even condescending. I gave her paperwork and requested her to fill it out, she said that she would provided I completed one task. I was able to provide the information she asked for within a week, and then she gave an excuse to why she would not fill it out and asked me to do another thing. I completed the second task that she gave me and she still would not fill out my paperwork (she gave me another playlist task that she did not mention during the previous visit). It was very time sensitive paperwork, and when I called a week later, asking about it, she provided yet another excuse why she will not fill it out. At this point I gave up on her since it was obviously going nowhere. She was giving me the runaround. I begged to speak to an actual physician, but the office would not reassign my case. I ended up having to go to a completely different doctors office and get an actual physician to fill out my paperwork.
