If you keep it on a surface level, Elizabeth seems perfectly nice and professional. Again, that's if you keep it on a surface level.During my last visit, I tried to go deeper and express concerns about pain. Elizabeth was dismissive and demonstrated the opposite of active listening. It's these kinds of experiences that make many patients realize that they unfortunately have to advocate for their medical needs and push back, because not everyone on their medical team will be in their corner. Unfortunately, Elizabeth is just another cog in the wheel in the hospital system and does not seem to try empathizing with patients.
