I had a surgery to remove laryngeal polyps from my vocal chords, that coupled with a lack of use of my voice during pandemic made me feel that my voice was unreliable and prone to cracking. Elizabeth really geared not only on overall strengthening but also tailored specific exercises for my stated goals (being able to project my voice as I do a lot of public speaking). She was thoroughly professional and relentless in making me follow the regime. If my voice was a 2/10 when I started therapy, I leave therapy with feeling that it is a 9/10. I am very happy with Elizabeth and cannot recommend her enough if you want to get back your voice and create a sustainable set of exercises to keep it strong and forceful!
