I have to rate Elizabeth high as well even though i have only seen her a few times. Elizabeth is friendly and professional, but she needs to learn to be more of a people person or just lighten up a little. She does a fantastic job but needs to work on her bedside manor so to speak. Please do not confuse this with complaining by any standard as bedside manor is not learned over night , but is a good quality to add to ones character. I think she will do very well as time goes by too.
