I had an eye exam scheduled at Costco Aurora Village in Seattle. I was asked to wait for the optometrist after the check-in and the picture of my retina was taken by the receptionist. There are no seats for patients to wait in the optometrist clinic. I waited for 35 minutes and requested the receptionist to cancel my appointment. As of today, I have not received a phone call or an email apology from Dr. Bell. This is unprofessional and rude behavior. I am not coming back to see her ever again. I would like this complaint to be on record.
