Disrespectful. Was my pcp but never examined me not once. My records were mixed with someone that smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day and was an alcoholic. I quit smoking in 1982 and I if I ever drink it wouldn’t equal a case of beer a year. It’s concerning to say the least regarding mixing up and inaccurate medical records that could be life threatening.

Imagine my surprise when I called to scheduled an appointment and I was told I was “deceased” my reply was “I don’t think so” I was deceased in Oak Street Health database and was fortunate to discover this before it was reported to Social Security. If I could leave 0 stars for MS. Davidson I would. She told me I was a liability as she read my medical record never once touching me, listening to my heart beat or even listening to me. No physical exam was ever done by her on me. She sat in a chair across the room from me with her arms crossed barely making eye contact. Today I found a new primary care provider at a Family Care Practice I feel much better about. The bottom line is if someone does not want to be your “provider” it’s in your best interest to give them the mandatory 1 star and move on before you are “deceased” in more places than just their database.

She is a kind and thorough NP. She is patient and allows one to ask questions. When being examined, NP Davidson will delve deeply to find an answer to your ailment.
