Dr. Elizabeth Gray, LMP

I am active in sports into my 70’s. Elizabeth has treated various injuries and has kept me on the field for many years. I recommend her without any reservation. She has studied multiple styles of massage and is extremely knowledgeable. She explains her view of your problem and what she can do to alleviate/treat it. Her massage is focused on addressing your body’s issues and needs. She is adept at relaxation and wellness massage as well, but excels at deep tissue massage, sometimes uncomfortable but always effective. I have worked with her for years, always returning whenever I have the need. She has great integrity and skill at communication. All this, and she doesn’t charge half as much as she should, given her results.
