Elizabeth Green, NP

Terrible "healthcare provider" you can never get thru to them on the phone to make and appointment when you need care. Twice i have walked into the office and told them that i need and appointment because i am ill. And twice they told me that they could not make an appointment for me and just gave me the same number that i have called 100 times.

I would definitely recommend Elizabeth Green. She is the kindest, most through health care professional I've ever had. Elizabeth Green LISTENS & never rushes the patient. You don't feel as if you're just a number going down a conveyor belt. Very competence. Give her 6 Stars on a 5 Star rating!!

I don't know why she received 5 stars on other recent reviews. When I saw her for my diabetes check-up she wasn't even concerned about my blood sugar history, she just asked if I checked my glucose that day. She didn't ask if I wanted my feet checked. Was very put off by her demeanor and will be looking for another provider. Even worse, my wife had an appointment with her for pain in her ear. She had ear wax build-up and infection. They irrigated her ear and prescribed ear drops. Later that day she was having terrible pain and blood coming out of her ear. The next day she called Nurse Green's office and left a message for her to call back. She never returned the call. The pharmacy also called Ms. Green because the ear drops contained an antibiotic my wife is allergic to. She never returned that call either. The following day my wife went to urgent care and found out that Ms. Green severely scratched the inside of my wife's ear canal which is why it was bleeding so bad.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Green's office. Her staff is 5 star. The lady at the front is so so very nice and always goes into detail without having to ask. I was in and out and my appointment was on time, but I never feel rushed out of there. All of their patients are well taken care of.
