Ms. Hall was the only medical provider that listened to me and worked with me for my Diabetes. She only offered suggestions and feedback based off of what I wanted to do until we came to a plan and over the course of the year her input got me back under control and had me feeling much better. You truly do not know what normal feels like when you been out of balance for so long. Thank you Elizabeth.

Fantastic medical provider
I've been seeing Mrs Hall for a few years now and she is very knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to listen to my medical concerns and address them accordingly. The office is always clean. Staff is friendly and courteous. I never wait longer than 20-30 minutes to be seen and if I need labs done I have the option of having them done in the office which is nice. Overall I really like this provider and will continue to receive exceptional care from her.

Office Communication Nightmare
Ms. Hall seems quite competent, but trying to make an appointment or call the office for anything else is a nightmare. There is no phone number that directly connects to the office; you have to go through a central University of Florida Health System connection, and then they send the office a message. If you try to communicate with the office online, you get a message back saying that they'll respond within 48 hours. It's a ridiculous system. Time to find a new primary care provider.
