Has immediate prejudice against over weight persons. Wouldn't listen to a primary care providers office regarding pretty much everything. The staff in office was really nice and tried to make the almost four hour wait for testing better.

I was hurt at work and sent to Concentra for an evaluation and Ms Howe was assigned to me. The care was more than adequate and I felt comfortable through the entire process.

Excellent care giver. I had a workplace injury and she diagnosed the issue and had me back to work within two weeks with little pain.

Didn't seem to believe me that i was in pain. Basically said.i just have to.deal with it. Upon my urging finally sent me to a real doctor who figured out the problem and now I am pain free. Where she had.told me maybe I just need to find a new job!
