I just moved to Spokane Valley a few months ago but have already been to Valley Dermatology several times because extensive skin cancers. As soon as Elizabeth Jacobsen walked into the room she made me feel like an old friend. She was warm and caring, yet very professional, thorough and very efficient. She brings great credit to Valley Dermatology!

We were totally impressed with all aspects our of first visit there last week with our teenage son. The staff was helpful and courteous! Dr. Elizabeth Jacobsen was so friendly, knowledgeable, and instantly knew what regiment of treatment our son needed to be on. She gave us tons of hope and brought a smile to our son! We appreciated that we could get in quickly for an appointment and that we were treated so well by all the staff & also by the billing dept when I called the next day. Thanks!!
