The moment she walked in, she was angry and demanding. “Show me your legs! Your ankles and legs aren’t swollen???” “Pick between 2 blood thinners this very minute.” The worst was being told I would be denied care in the ER if I had a stroke caused by AFib because I didn’t leave the appointment with a new blood thinner prescription. I felt forced to pick Xeralto. I just suffered a massive nose bleed, spent 3 days in the hospital and was immediately taken off the drug. I never rate anyone poorly but when I was asked by UWHEALTH about my experience with this care provider, I was very honest. Who threatens a patient for researching the drugs they want to prescribe? Extremely unprofessional. Now she works at a Nursing Home? If loved ones complain, please don’t disregard.

I had made a post in the past about the care received. I've seen Dr Marcinek several times and I'm continuously impress by the care and attention given by Doctors and staff.

Ella was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. She was kind, professional and encouraging. Which means a lot to me as a cardiac patient

Elizabeth was wonderful. She took her time with me, and explained everything in words I could understand. I highly recommend her.

Very rude and and abrupt! No eye contact or empathy Do no reccomend !
