I was experienced appointment with Elizabeth Parks due to my doctor vacation time, I was dizzy, and and feel extremely tiredness, I want blood test, she told me she will order test, i can go to lab anytime for the test, she actually didn't, I had wait 2hrs without get blood test, I received bill has to pay $41, the billing officer not listen my explanation, sent to credit collection, and not let me to have doctor appointment again. I'll not come this medical center again.
