I am a Patient at Winchester Cardiology in Winchester, VA. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited over 40 mins in the exam room. When the PA finally arrived she stated “I made a judgment call and decided to see the patient that was scheduled after you first, as they arrived early”. She made no apology, her attitude was curt and unfriendly. I would have understood had this been an emergency; however it was not.
