My foot pain is gone! And now I can work out!
Dr. Rudd helped me with excruciating foot pain from tendinitis (that I self-diagnosed as plantar fasciitis - oops). I was hurting so much, I couldn't walk and had to miss out on playing soccer with my son. In 3 visits, after doing the exercises she gave, the pain was gone. Since then, I've been using her daily custom workout routines to regain full body strength. I feel so much better, healthier, and more capable. I'm so glad I found her years ago.
