I had a recent appointment with Elizabeth Sperino, Au.D. - Cook Hearing and Balance to check my hearing. I found Dr. Sperino to be competent, professional, and knowledgeable. I believe her assessment and treatment was individualized, accurate, and appropriate. She gave me a detailed assessment of my hearing and projection for the future. She was personable and pleasant. The front desk staff was also pleasant and accommodating, and my appointment wait time was less than ten minutes.
