Liz was very helpful and knowledgeable. She treated me with kindness and respect. And ensured I understood my options and care plans available to me. I felt better leaving, knowing I was on my way to improving my conditions. And she followed up on my father's care as well, as I had brought him in the week prior.

Both the audiologist and ENT explained what they were doing, what to expect and what they found. Dr Steiner used diagrams to explain why I wasn't hearing and what to do to restore my hearing. I felt relieved after the visit because I was armed with knowledge and had a plan.
