Elizabeth has been my therapist for six months and in this time we have been able to make huge progress. I am really grateful for her insights and deep knowledge, as well as her pleasant personality and good humor. She is very easy to talk to and nonjudgemental, while helping me keep myself accountable. Elizabeth is well-versed in a wide variety of mental health topics and I recommend her highly.
