Had an amazing visit with Ms. Weilert. I spoke with her about my medical issues, while my doctor was gone. She was very attentive, kind and caring. She was very compassionate and could tell I wasn't feeling well. Thanks to Ms. Weilert I am so much better. I would absolutely see her again and would recommend her. Thank you Ms. Weilert!

Unprofessional, uncaring
Telehealth
Ms. Weilert was incredibly rude and unprofessional and refused to continue the visit when she found out I would transfer my prescription to MO for the convenience of the pharmacy location. This did not conflict with any legal or clinic policies. She clearly didn’t read my visit reason that I typed out with multiple dates and treatments. Knowing she went to a very conservative university for her NP tells me she just judged my HIV status and refused to provide care because her attitude was hostile the entire time.

Cold as ice
Hands down one of my worst experiences. She came off cold and irritated to be there. She didn’t listen to me and completely blew off my concerns. She ordered labs and never followed up me with me about the results. A waste of time and money.

Caring
She listens and is genuinely concerned with your health questions. She listens and takes her time with each patient. I am 67 and it can be difficult to find a health professional that wants to take care of the older adults.
