They have 0 patience, 0 tolerate levels even to schedule an appointment. They dont have patience even to answer a question when you are in the waiting room. I have mentioned this to the doctor also but no use. Worst staff and i am changing my doctor. If you want to spoil your day, you can go there. Never recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kapiloff for 4 years or more. Every yearly visit she re dictates what we went through in previous visits. She explains why eye complications occur, what must be done to resolve them. She also is very detailed oriented and makes sure that patients understand what is going on. She is one of the most versatile doctors i have interacted with. Side note: The staff is just as excellent and detailed as the doctor. They work in a harmonic synergy always benefiting patients.

She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and takes very good care of her patients. She speaks person-to-person with me and often adds valuable advice that she has gotten from her experiences in order to create the best outcome.

I found both the eye doctor and her office staff to be rude, unfriendly, and condescending. It provided for a very uncomfortable experience and I will not return to that facility, nor would I recommend to anyone.

Dr. Kapiloff has taken over an established practice from Dr. Kanoff. It has been an excellent transition. Having been a patient of Dr. Kanoff for 15 years I was not concerned as he always looked out for his patience. Dr. Kapiloff has a relaxed chair side manner and a speaks well with her staff even when things are stressful. She was familar with my history before we even met and took the time to review with me. I never fell rushed in her chair.
