Over the last 8-9 years I tried probably 7 therapists. I didn’t really feel like any of them were a good fit so I always quit after a couple months. I finally humbled myself enough to ask for a recommendation on Facebook. A gal I hadn’t seen in a decade responded with Ellen’s name, so I made an appointment. Ellen is helping me a lot. She has a lot of compassion and understanding and helps you feel safe.
