I've had hearing problems since childhood. I didn't like the experience of going to get checked and treated, so I just stopped going, thereby ignoring my obvious hearing problems. Dr. Elly's staff, from appointment setup through to Dr. Elly herself, along with Dr. Crystal, doing my hearing test, an earwax removal, and fitting me for my ear plugs & hearing aids. It was a great experience, and what an experience SHOULD be. My wife has already set up an appointment for herself, and 2 of my employees are going in this week.

The whole process was positive. The entire staff is warm and friendly, professional, and efficient. From the front desk to back office, everyone knows what they are doing and ensures you get what you need from your visit. My questions were answered with a swift call to the manufacturer to get precise technical information. I am not mechanically savvy, but I had no difficulties due to the thoughtful manner in which these issues were explained to me.

Dr. Elly did a great job fitting and explaining my new hearing aids today. She is patient and super thorough in her work. She showed me how to control my aids with my telephone and how to clean and adjust volume level. I was impressed with her professionalism and in-depth knowledge of her field.
