From the entry of the building, checking in, exam, walk out and down to the optical area. Everyone customer service was superb, pleasant very professional and genuine.

This was my first visit and I was impressed with how smoothly the office ran. They moved me right along but also made plenty of time for my questions to be answered. Dr. Luzon was kind, funny and did a great job explaining my eye needs and care.

This was my first visit to Dr. Luzon. My previous doctor of over 25 years retired. So of course I was a bit nervous to go to a new one. Dr. Luzon was amazing. He explained everything in detail to me. He also has a great bedside manner and is very personable. I will continue to see him in the future.

I recently went to have the redness checked out in my eye thinking it was something very serious. I have never had such a thorough eye exam!Luckily it was my dry eye issue and I was given a sample of eye drops to try and everything is back to normal.Dr. Luzon was great at explaining things. I will definitely return and recommend to my friends!The staff, Sony, Tyrone, Maranda, Emelly and Finley were very professional and friendly.

Very positive experience, from the check in process to all 3 eye exams!

Today was my first visit at Mittleman Eye. I was pleased with how friendly everyone in the office was. I was checked in by Lin, who explained the entire visit to me from the very beginning. Shortly after, Israel began my eye exam. After my eyes were dilated Dr. Luzon came in to check my eyes further. He was very informative, made me feel comfortable and was also very kind. At the end of my visit, Maranda walked me to the front where I was checked out by Mireily. Upon check out all of the information from the days visit was reiterated to me to make sure I understood and to clarify any possible confusion. I left the office confident that my eyes are in good hands! I would highly recommend visiting the Jupiter office, the staff were all helpful and full of smiles!

I arrived to a busy office, next time I will estimate at least one hour for the appoint. Although it took some time, I was brought to different areas for testing and each of the staff was thorough, knowledgable and very professional. I worked with April, Claudia, Tiffani, Siuny and Finley. I will bring my family here for eye exams.

Since our job transfer to the area, we have struggled to find great health provides but HOLY COW, this place blew us AWAY. Besides Dr Luzon being so personal and clear to make sure I understood everything going on, EVERYONE -- from happy Lin when we first walked in, Avery the kindest tech, joyful funny Maranda, and the calmest and sharp Finley -- they all just oozed professionalism and happiness that they all enjoy working not only in this office BUT WITH ME! Mind blowing yet such a welcome change. Then to Kathy in Optical, boy was she patient and honest with me. I cannot recommend Dr Luzon and this staff enough and honestly cannot wait until my next appointment. All medical offices should clone this staff!!
