Rude, incompetent, abrasive. Refuses to be held accountable for a botched eye exam, which she performed, resulting in a wrong prescription. When I arrived to pick up multiple pairs of glasses that were ordered a week prior, I discovered that my vision was blurred with the first pair tried on. This was also true for the other glasses. Nothing complicated with the lenses, all were single vision. She had many theories about what went wrong, all attributable to me. I was "sitting too close," I was
