The office, doctor, and staff so nice

The appointment was wonderful. The nurse practitioner was very friendly, gentle, and did a great job. Just scheduling the appointment was frustrating. They lost my intake packet. It told me to wait a whole six months, and when I called, they didn't know. My son wasn't on the list. They didn't have an intake packet. And trying to communicate with them to get another appointment was very difficult. I was left Un read in many emails until I drove to the office and then I was given an appointment.

The patience and thorough explanations by this provider of the experiencing issues that my grandson deals with. The recommendations she set forth which will help with his coping and behavior skills.

I had a horrible experience with this provider, she was very condescending, had a "GOD"-like complex and was not compassionate at all. While in her care, I found out that she was not even up to date with the standard of care treatment for children with neurodevelopmental delays!! How can you be a certified pediatric provider and a UCI faculty, at that, and not know your stuff!! Needless to say, we took our kid to different provider/center.
