Emily Diggs

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTITIONER TO ANYONE!! Look elsewhere for your GI care. Emily Diggs is the rudest uncaring individual I have ever encountered in my 67 years of going to doctors!! She should not have a position working with patients at all!! She was extremely condescending and firing off questions in such a hurry I didn't even have time to think of an answer before she was moving on. Emily has no compassion for what the patient is feeling and going through. Treats you as if there is nothing wrong with you when you have a proven diagnosis but doesn't want to put any more time into finding the cause of your pain. She makes you feel like there's nothing that can be done for your pain and doesn't try to help. Is just in it for the money bottom line. Dr. Mishoe and partners WAKE UP AND READ HER REVIEWS. This is definitely NOT the position for her and I would hope you consider the many very bad reviews which reflect on you and your group because of her! Mine is not an isolated case

If I could give zero stars I would have. This P. A. is pitiful, she doesn't listen to what your issues are, she ask questions and then interupts before you can finish answering the questions completely, makes you feel as if seeing you is a burden to her day and rushes you through your visit, showing no compassion, concern, understanding, or any sympathy for your health conditions and the problems that your dealing with, talks down to you as of it's your fault your sick and need medical care! NO BEDSIDE MANNERS AT ALL! You can definitely tell she's there for the paycheck instead of the patient. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone even if it was for their pet. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, and inconsiderate is all I can say! Please save yourself the stress and time and steer clear from her. Dr. Mishoe is much much better and actually listens and cares so if you go to their clinic make sure it's him you see.

She honestly doesn't care about her patients, she had the nerve to talk down on me, she's rude and shouldn't even have a job, she's a real joke as a doctor, and she's toxic, and continues to ask for money, wouldn't recommend her, honestly hope she loses her job!

I can seriously not say enough wonderful things about PA Emily Diggs. I’ve been suffering from Ulcerative Colitis since I was 19 and found good doctors but then had to move and the next two Gastro’s I saw acted like my issues weren’t a big deal and refused to try something different, they would only give me things I’d already tried and didn’t work. At that point I had basically given up and accepted I would bleed for the rest of my life but then things got much worse so I found Blueridge and the first time I met Emily I just cried bc I was so thankful to had finally found a doctor who cares, understands, and takes my issues very seriously. She is so sweet and caring and gives me so much hope every time I see her. I have other chronic issues and have seen so many specialists and Emily is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. So thankful I found this place.

Dr. Diggs was very polite and helpful. Tests ordered for my mom were just a start, but her assurance in finding a solution or answer was sincere. She was very courteous and polite to both my mom and me.

Very rude at times pushy and asst Darnell is rude. Safe your time. No sick person deserves to be talked to that way.

I have never in my life been talked to so badly by a Dr Emily Diggs PA! Please if you need help with your Gastrointestinal problems please search and find another office. Hope this helps someone out so you don't go though what I had to.
