Life changer!
After destroying my knee (3 torn ligaments and meniscus) playing soccer at 17, I eventually settled into my new life as just someone with a bad knee. Almost 4 decades later a work injury brought me first to an orthopedic surgeon who told me the only hope for my (cartilage-free) knee 'is a new knee', then I saw Emily for a second opinion, thank goodness. She first assessed my issues - I had apparently forgotten how to walk properly, and my leg muscles were pitiful. Then she helped me rebuild my muscles and strengthen my core. I’m now stronger than I've been since 17! Emily has truly changed my life.
