I was promptly greeted at the front desk with efficient check in and waited 5-10 minutes before being called back for my appointment. The medical assistant was very friendly. I waited in the room 10 minutes max before seeing Emily. She is always smiling and kind. She asked questions to clarify my visit and answered all of my questions.
