Emily is so thorough in her examinations. I have skin cancer in family history and am quite concerned for mine. She examined, took note of those spots that might something to be a concerned in the future . I keep all my appointments so that any changes can be detected before they are an issue.

Front and back desk administrators was rude. I called before my appointment time to let them know I was still on the way and I got stuck at traffic since I was travelling from almost centreville. I was on hold for 10 minutes. Front desk name Jennifer was talking to new hired saying how I was rude to be late without notifying them. which I did and by the time I got there phone was still on hold. And who talks like that in front of client at front desk when I can literally hear her. Also, While I was waiting to be called I didnt hear any phone ringing so what is the point for calling ahead when phone is not even getting through to them and person who I spoke with I believe toll free agent told me I would still have 15 minute. My appoinment was at 2pm and I got there inside office 2:15pm. I was called to see Dr. 2:50pm. I didn't feel welcomed and front and back desk administrators to make follow up appt attitudes towards me was just threw me off.

Excellent examination and complete discussion of findings and recommended resolutions. Very personable, professional. I will definitely continue to use this doctor.

PA Grisnik is a dermatology professional that listened to my concerns, completed annual skin cancer check, biopsy, and provided recommendations to Skinbetter products. My first visit here and the wait time was literally a few minutes! The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Staff was very nice. Dr. Grisnik explained everything and was very detailed.

I found Emily to be very easy to talk to; she listened very closely. She was also very good at explaining what she was doing, which I appreciated greatly. Lastly, I was very impressed with how carefully she looked at all the surface of my skin, especially given the enormous quantity of freckles and other blemishes I have!

Removal of cyst

The visit itself was good. She did not take long to show up and came up with a quick solution. It took a very long time to receive my prescription though.
