Wonderful, Thorough & Caring
I was worried and anxious so made a trip to urgent care. The wait was long because it was a holiday. In spite of the backlog, Ms Lambert answered all of my questions and was kind and thorough. I certainly don’t look forward to another trip to Urgent Care but consider myself fortunate to have been treated by the team and this NP. I am appreciative of the care I received.

Absolutely terrible
Run, do not walk away from this “medical provider”, she is rude, knows nothing and does more harm than good. I wouldn’t bring my goldfish to see her. We saw her at Baystate Urgent Care recently and would not go back!
