Appreciate exceptional telephone assistance provided by Heather and Brandy when called in to see if I needed to be seen for blood tinged sputum while on vacation. Heather was extremely helpful in contacting Brandy, who returned my call within 30 minutes. An appointment was scheduled along with a chest x-ray within 3 days!
Emily was very professional and conferred with Dr Trent to see if anything needed to be done prior to previously scheduled CT and appt with Dr Trent in August.
Front desk staff was also very helpful and professional.
