Awful PA , unprofessional, nasty and mean
This PA Emily Smith at MAH ED that is currently moving to MGH is the worst health care provider I have had the unfortunate experience to ever work with. Her overall mean, nasty demeanor and very poor skills dealing with parents and their families is not something that should be tolerated in the medical profession. MGH at least is a better hospital then MAH and they will recognize her toxic behavior right away and won’t stand for it the way MAH did. I give her 6 months max at MGH as again they don’t tolerate the type of toxic behavior Emily Smith, PA displays as a “so called medical professional”. Good riddance to her but she won’t last at MGH.
