I like her a lot, but she stopped taking insurance just as the pandemic hit. I completely agree with the other person who has reviewed her. As a psychiatric nurse, she is excellent. However, I cannot fully recommend her mainly because of her staff. It’s difficult to make a first appointment or get in contact with a receptionist. She currently does phone calls for appointments, which I don’t mind, but this does not include video. If you’re willing to wait for a chance with her and don’t mind paying out of pocket, she is very helpful.

I absolutely LOVE Emily and over the last 2.5 years we have developed great rapport. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her because of the difficulty I have had in trying to reach the office by phone. I have been successful through e-mail but will not recommend her to new patients, especially if they’re in desperate need of care. There seems to be no sense of urgency whatsoever to get enough office staff or fix their phone system. It’s a shame. Otherwise, I would HIGHLY recommend Emily.
