Outstanding experience
Enid Smith is so knowledgeable, kind, caring and professional. This was my first experience with getting a hearing aide for myself. She spent a lot of time asking me questions about my hearing and what I was expecting. She did a hearing test and explained the results so that I easily understood her findings and then gave me several choices of hearing aides. She didn’t push the most expensive and gave me the options for each level. I chose the top of the line model and she spent well over an hour answering my questions and programming them. She made sure that I was completely comfortable before I left and told me that she was reachable 7 days a week which I already knew from my husband’s experience with her. I HIGHLY recommend her!
