I never feel rushed when discussing medical challenges or options, as Eric always takes the time to listen so he can understand my concerns better. He is very thorough when explaining a medical issue or concern, including being willing to explore options instead of pushing for just one. He even saved a few lives when manning the ICU during the covid epidemic! Just wish he could be cloned.

As an RN when I moved to Bend a year ago it was important to establish a primary care provider who was personable and trustworthy, has excellent medical knowledge, and partners with me in my medical care and healthcare goals. Eric really listens to me and hears me. He has helped me get surgery ready, directed me to quality specialists. His office staff are professional and helpful. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I am a Medicare Supplement Ins. agent and I have sent several of my clients over age 65 as well as my Mom (78) to Eric. I have even set an appointment, to become a new patient of his, myself.
