great provider
Dr Kurtz helped me in 2017 after a car accident. he was very straightforward, he was a no BS provider who listened to me. He developed a game plan and it just worked. I am now functioning to the best of my ability and able to help patients again myself

I have been going to Dr Kurtz as needed for a long time. He always make me feel better!! He is very caring! His office staff is always very helpful and friendly !! I would recommend Dr Kurtz to anyone !!
