He explains everything he is doing and why. No complaints at all. The whole office is very easy to deal with. Even the 1 billing issue i had was resolved quickly and politely.

Dr Rettig clearly explained every thing he was doing, showed and explained the pictures that were taken of each eye, spoke up so that even though I'm hard of hearing I was able to hear and understand him. He was also very patient with my questions.
