Eric Tankel, LPC

I was a client of Eric’s for a number of years while I worked through some trauma and substance abuse issues. He was, genuinely, the most talented therapist I have ever worked with. Incredibly kind and considerate, I never felt like I had to hide what I was going through or judged in any way. He has a remarkable way of making seemingly impossible problems seem manageable, and an ability to walk you through exactly how. Sessions with him never felt like work and I trust him completely. He was a fundamental part of my recovery (6+ years clean and sober), I will always be grateful for his help and could not recommend his services more strongly.

I have been seeing Eric for over a year and would give him my highest recommendation. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, authentic, sensitive, supportive, insightful, and challenging. After going through an extremely challenging time in my life, I have no doubt that one of the principle reasons I made it to the other side in a healthier place is due to Eric. Eric is a pro. Always on time for sessions, a seasoned counselor who listens and responds thoughtfully. He always affords extra time and you never feel rushed. Different from other counselors I've seen. He truly cares

Terrible since 2014 and onwards. Makes assunptions, has no clue as to what he's doing. Useless. Don't say I didn't warny you.
