Erica Augustyniak, NP

Erica is truly an angel on earth. She takes her time and actually listens to you to really understand how best to help. I had struggled for years with getting the correct diagnoses, and Erica was the first provider to suggest psychological testing to determine if the missing piece diagnosis was ADHD, something I’d always thought I had but was told I couldn’t have with good grades in school. The testing showed I did in fact have ADHD that was making things difficult (especially work) despite treatment for my other mental health conditions, and Erica was so diligent with finding the right medication for me. It ended up being the missing piece to my mental healthcare, and since her diagnosis and care, I have never felt better. I have never looked forward to seeing a mental health provider the way I genuinely look forward to seeing Erica. Erica is so kind and warm, and our interactions always feel so authentic. She is a true advocate for her patients, and I cannot recommend her enough.

Erica is a person first and treats you as a person first. She took her time, got to know me, and treated me as a whole, not just as a symptom. She is down to earth and isn't going to pursue unnecessary avenues or make you spend money you don't need to.

Takes time to get to know you and the health issue you have. Takes time to explain what the issue is and what and how to fix it.
