At UW Medical Center. After covering for another P.A. assigned the previous day, she cut a previously prescribed pain med that had been needed to reduce serious back pain that followed a bone marrow test. This followed the efficacy of the med at 10 mg. My earlier request was for 2.5 at 3am that had to get approval because order was ONLY for 5 to 10. She spent about 10 minutes with me early morning and did not return to discuss any medicine changes. Since she did not have any ongoing familiarity with my case, I don't believe she should have made any changes during her brief time as my in-patient weekend P.A.
