Erica has really been an amazing therapist. She helped me through my depression and low self-esteem issues, and her combination of CBT and mindfulness techniques was extremely effective for me. She always listened carefully and lifted me up in my time of need. She taught me useful techniques that helped me love myself. She even helped me work through recent trauma even though it had been a year since I'd last seen her. I cannot recommend her enough! If you yourself are a teenager with depression/anxiety or are looking for a therapist for your teenager with depression/anxiety, Erica will always be my first recommendation.
