Dropped me for Rescheduling ONE appointment
Telehealth
I had a few appointments with Erica and was making progress. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my last appointment due to a work conflict. I used their portal to reschedule, but the dates I chose kept getting cancelled. I eventually received a message from them stating: 'Erica has let us know that a therapist who can accommodate an irregular schedule would be better fit for you.' I am concerned about other patients who may have been dropped by her with more serious mental health issues. This is certainly a concerning business practice. Now I have to start over with another therapist.
