She patiently listened to my medical history, effectively treated the acute symptoms, and guided me to the appropriate resources for further care. Dr. Erica is attentive, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to addressing all my concerns. I highly recommend her!

She was very professional and patient throughout my visit. I did not feel rushed as she took the time to answer and explain the options for treating my ear issue. She even did a summary of my next steps including my medicine, 'treatment' duration, and what to expect on the follow up visit. So grateful to Erica and the team at The Oregon Clinic!

I have been having problems with balance, which could be cardiac related but also inner ear as well, in fact, both could be a factor so is complex. Erica did a great job listening, examining and recommending next steps. I felt like she actually listened to me and there is a good plan going forward. Referrals were made pretty much immediately and on the road to good things I hope.

Erica is awesome. She's friendly and easy to talk to, and she really knows her stuff! Her people skills are off the charts, and she has a great touch. We had a good rapport right away, so my visit was basically a friendly chat about my ear while she went about the business of cleaning my ear with a high- tech suction device. I can't say enough good things about Erica Bocchi! I am certainly glad I was randomly assigned to her. The staff at the Oregon Clinic are friendly and efficient, and their systems work well. Check-in and -out is a snap, and my wait was minimal, even though I arrived early. You can tell they have a good time working together, which can make the difference between feeling alone and vulnerable or safe and well cared for. I work in a different aspect of health care. I believe that you will be in good hands here.
