Telehealth
This is a therapist that has worked with me and has helped me through some difficult issues. I have worked in the mental health field for over 30 years, now I find myself struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I have the utmost respect for Erica and she has helped me with many issues that I spent my life running from. I was not a easy person to deal with or come into therapy, but I found myself taking that one moment to stop and realize that I really needed help, because I was desperately struggling. I was destroying my spouse life and everyone around me. I was full of hate. Now I’m looking back at the years and I am so grateful that something inside of me just took that one moment and stopped. It wasn’t easy, but I am grateful for the person that I have become. I’m grateful for the help that Erica has provided me with. I’m grateful for my spouse for my support that I have in place.
