Erica Soderlind, APRN

Erica goes way above and beyond! My dad has respiratory issues, and had to do a procedure that is so rare in HI that most doctors and nurses in the ERs don't even know what it is or what to do when he goes in. Erica worked very closely with us to ensure we felt secure with the process, and has stayed with us each and every step of the way. She researched all about it, and spent so much time with us, to explain it all to us, and ensure she answered all of our questions. When she was unsure, she would call Specialists on the mainland to get the answers for us. She has devoted so much of her own time to ensuring my Dad is progressing well. He had a few setbacks along the way, and Erica was right there to try to troubleshoot, and fix the issues to make him more comfortable. She makes time to fit us in her busy schedule, and would call on him in her off hours when he was in the hospital. She takes time to work with us, ,and we feel so safe and confident in her care.

Very tactful in explaining the good in using a cpap machine for health reasons. I was kind of resistant at first, but when she explained the good it will do for my organs. It changed my mind and agreed to get a cpap machine. She really spends time with you and not have the do it or else attitude.

Nurse practitioner, Erica Soderlind took the time to go through all of the medications with us, explain what each was for, how to use it, and answered all of our questions and concerns. I am confident that I know what I need to do. My son and I were extremely impressed with her expertise and her ability to convey information simply and clearly. Equally impressive was her willingness to spend the time with us to be sure that we had things right at the close of a long week.

She is a very friendly knowledgeable woman. Oh and so pretty.
